At Elian’s British School of La Nucía, we’re committed to making summer holidays a time of joy, discovery, and learning for young children. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch the 2025 edition of our Summer School — an action-packed, engaging programme designed for children to learn and have fun in a safe, stimulating environment.
No more boredom or being stuck at home — our Summer School is just around the corner, and we’ve got an early registration discount available for families who enrol before 31st May.
A Summer of Fun, Learning, and Adventure
Our 2025 Summer School blends playful and educational activities, all delivered with a lively, engaging approach. Children will take part in science sessions that spark curiosity and foster critical thinking, while also enjoying sports and outdoor pool games to burn energy and build friendships.
We also believe creativity is key to development, so we’ve included arts and crafts, dance, and a variety of games to inspire self-expression. All of this takes place in an international, bilingual environment led by experienced English-Spanish instructors, ensuring your children naturally develop their language skills in everyday contexts.
And one of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer? Our magical overnight camp in the school grounds! Children will enjoy an evening under the stars — camping in tents, dining al fresco, and taking part in exciting games, like treasure hunts and stargazing. A guaranteed summer highlight they’ll never forget!
A Journey Through Time and Space
This summer’s theme is a journey through history and beyond! Our Summer School will take children on an exciting trip through time and space, with interactive and hands-on activities that support both personal development and English language learning.
Weeks 1–2: A Time-Travel Adventure

Pupils will design and build their own castles, learning about medieval architecture and life in the Middle Ages. - Egyptian Pyramid Challenges

For the second half of the programme, children will become young scientists on a galactic quest in Mission: Planet Explorers — a journey across imaginary planets designed to introduce scientific concepts in a lively, age-appropriate way.
Throughout, children will strengthen their English through a range of playful, communication-based activities embedded in every lesson.

Our Mission
At Elian’s Summer School, our goal is to ensure your children continue growing — intellectually, socially, and emotionally — while having fun in a secure, caring environment. We believe summer is a perfect time to nurture learning in a more interactive and entertaining way. When learning is fun, children stay curious.
Our bilingual setting also ensures your children continue to develop their English and Spanish in a natural, immersive way throughout the summer.
The Pool – A Summer Favourite!
With the Alicante heat, the highlight for many children is our outdoor swimming pool. It’s the perfect place to cool off and take part in water games led by our experienced staff — always under the watchful eye of qualified lifeguards to ensure their safety.
